I was afraid of watching this episode (besides for the trademark blasphemy of South Park, also because of just how controversial this subject is), but I'm glad with how they resolved the issue. Although I disagree, I think it made some good points. Sure, some people, such as Cartman and Satan, wanted Kenny to live or die for their own personal gain, but others wanted what they thought was right.
