Ship Creating

I remember reading a while back about a ship creator. The one for the pcx files. I belive the software was a beta. Can anyone direct me to the right place.

There's a sticky thread titled ship encoder available with a link in the GC Mods forum. If you're using the website, the link for that forum is to the left, if you're using sdc, the links will be at the top.
