Seems a quaint little resort in Oregon has that as its motto.  But check out who is not welcome:

Dont know about you, but that sounds like about 75% of the population.  Guess there Idea of diversity is to have Ralph Nader and Mikey Moore on the same stage!

What they really mean is, "We welcome diversity... as long as you look, think and act like us!"

It kind of reminds me of the barmaid in the "Bob' s Country Bunker" on The Blues Brothers.
