Please forgive my forwardness, but ABetterTomorrow has been having difficulties and based on the complexity of his situation, I believe he needs a separate thread for his particular issue.

I don't know about you guys, but since I only have 6 games under my belt, I don't have the decay problem. I have a problem with my scores updating. Every time I want my scores to update, I have to have Spellforce do it for me. I wish this would also fix itself. Do any of you have this problem?

I don't think so, this is the only name I have on this user name and I have never changed it. I did have an old name, but I do not use it, and I registered this one with the same serial number, but different name and e-mail address.
BTW, Spellforce only does scores in the Diplomats, I don't know how, I just know he does.

Thanks Kit, but that is not what I meant. What I did is stop using an old name, and completly create a new name, by making a new account. I used the same serial number, but everything else is different. Does this clarify?
Also, I just checked my old name. That name, which I have not submitted anything on, has all my six current games on this name, and has updated itself. Have I created a monster???

I found one similarity, the player name, not the nickname was the same (the reason for the new account is I wanted a new nickname, so my current name was the old player name, which is the only one I could change). I changed the other's player name, and the scores vanished on there. Can anyone explain what I have done to me? CariElf perhaps.
Sorry to get this thread off scoring, but it seemed the best place to raise the question.

Um, no, I can't explain it.  Someone else was having similar problems, and when I tried making another account with my same serial number, I also had problems.  It's like the accounts get automatically linked. I really don't know that much about how the database is set up, but supposedly we're supposed to be able to create multiple stardock.net accounts with the same serial number to submission under different nicknames without screwing up the scoring.  I can ask T-Man to look into it, but he's always very busy.

Kit the easy answer would be to switch back to the account that is auto-updating and change your nickname (http://www.wimcustomize.com ) . This would solve the problem for you. If you have old scores you no longer want then they can be deleted for you.

Thanks for the help guys. I will work with both of them too see which is auto-updating now. Is it possible to delete an old account, so that it will dissappear enteriely? I will let T-Man try to figure out the scoring problem, no need to bother him. I didn't know about wincustomize, which kinda brought this whole problem about when I tried to change everything.
I will try to do a game quickly and submit it, and from that I will see which is auto-updating. Thanks for the help guys, all of you are awesome. I have never found so much help in personal support in any other game I have played.
