Adding mp3u to galciv - A question

Ok i need some help please.

i have a cd that i want to add to the galciv playlist. I know you need to convert it to mp3u but due to a windoews re-install ive lost the program that converted it for me.
Does anyone know where i can get a free converter, either cd - mp3u or windows media file - mp3u .

I use MusicMatch Jukebox to create my playlists.

All Gal Civ really wants is a list of the file names with the paths. You can convert any playlist to m3u by just stripping out all the mp3 info and leaving just the filename with the full path.
