I Can't get 'Stardock Central' to work!

Ok, I've tried installing 'Stardock central' several times so that I can download the latest Gal-Civ update. But 'Stardock central' won't work! Everytime I try to run the thing, it tells me it has 'Failed to initialise XML data, reinstall the application to correct this problem'. But I resinstall...and it happens again!
Has anyone else had this prob and know how to resolve it?I'd appreciate it.
