please help me?

video card troubles

I just got a new hard drive and trying to re-install everything. I've put win 2000 on my computer, but when i try to install my video card ( viper V770 for 95, 98 and win NT) it says:

THE INSTALLATION IS NOT INTENDED FOR THIS SYSTEM

any ideas of what to do without buying a new video card?

The company was aquired by Best Data Products on 9/1/2003, so you may have to dig a bit for updated drivers.

If you used the card with 95, 98, or NT before, it may not work with 2000... but some new drivers may help.

This week I purchased a new telephone/computer modem, a Diamond SupraMax LE 56k internal modem 56k PCI Fax modem Model #:SM56LE-PCT with CD#34051 ver 1.0
My computer is Pentium 200 Mhz with Windows 98 SE 192 MB Ram 40GB hard drive CD-Rom Drive
After following the written instructions, I am unable to log on to aol The aol screen will appear on the monitor but it locks up at that point. After remove the software and the modem I have had a successful re-installation of my older model Diamond SupraMax
Is this new modem compatible with my computer? If so, please advise how to make it work.

every time i install the modem on win98 even i put the cd driver it keep asking me insert disk label modem setup so what to do plz
