its very urgent, so if anyone can help, please do so. thanks again!
also i would like to do this without using any programs, so just saving the 2 files, so i can make an unattended xp cd later.

c:\program files\wincustomize\logonstudio\'skin-name'

archive [zip] the skinname folder.

Much the same thing applies for the bootskin....can't remember the exact path...but it's easy enough to find...

You mean you want to save the Programs themselves?

Or are you talking about an executable skin format?

i want to same the kernal.exe and loginui.exe for example. im not sure what there exaclty called, or where they located. but i want to save the exe for logon, and the exe for the boot. for sp2.

The Stardock programs do NOT affect the default ntkernal files in any way....they will always be there.

Other boot and logon proggies may affect them, however.
