Small town mind...big Adventure heart

So I found this blog site on a sunday night in Montgomery, Alabama visiting my father and my stepfather for a week. It's funny I'm from a small town in Upstate, N.Y called mechanicville. I know live in a another small town in Maryland which is right outside Baltimore. When I was a kid, I never thought I would see anywhere passed Albany then highschool hit and I realized there's more to life than a small town in the middle of no where, then I hit 20 and it was my time to get the hell out. I'm not necessarily knocking where I came from, I'm more or less just realizing how it's made me grow and it's made me in to the women I am today. I think every small town has the same elements. It's obviously in the middle of no where, about a half hour from the biggest city or state capital, you know everyone and their business, and let's not forget that by the age of 25 the average percentage of your graduating class has either been married and divorced already or they have had 3 different kids with several different partners. I may be being absolutly cynical, but it's the exaggeration that brings out the humor in life and you all know what I am talking about if you're from a small town in the middle of no where. I am by no means better than anyone who I've went to highschool with...trust me. I still talk to my two bestfriends from higschool and they still live and probably will never leave Mechanicville. I know there is more out there for me and I yet have to see the rest of this country. The farthest west Ive gone is here in Alabama. I am dying to see the Grand Canyon and the beautiful Navajo Country. I want to experience the essence of snobbish Hollywood. I want to see the plains in the Dakotas and see why why the people in maryland call West Virginians the inbreds of america. (sorry if anybody lives in West Virginia) The point being, Mechanicville has broaden my horizons, made me more open to all aspects of life, has made me aware of all aspects of life, and yet as made me have values for my life and life in general. So as this being the introduction to this site, I will lead in to the adverntures of my crazy life and you will see where i go and where I'll be and what kinds of people will enter my life. What I do know is that there will never be a boring entry...trust me
