Create Icon right click

Well, who knows what happens anymore with updates. I used to be able to right click on an image and in the menu I would be given the coice to "create icon with icon developer". That has disappeared. Is there something I need to check or uncheck somewhere? Anyone know?

Open IconDeveloper > Tools > Preferences > Files Types > "Shell intergration for creating Icons from images straight from Explorer"
