can't register

I try to register under "Object Desktop Subscription" ( which I did buy ) and use the email address and serial number sent in the email from Stardock but get an error saying that it "Failed to update Object Desktop registration information" ... and something to the effect that my email address or serial number were incorrect. They have been typed in just as they should - any ideas?
