Opening Lines

Welcome all. It is my intention to place here some of my observances that I have from my 23 years in public service. I have opinions on some, some I just want to pass on to the reader as to spark some thought. I will tell you that I am open minded and never concider myself completely cemented in my way of thinking. Just when I think I have figured something out usually something happens to change my way of thinking on the matter. At any rate, I am going to put it out there and see what comes back to me. It should be a learning expierence I hope.
