working for the az department of corrections is one job i would wish on no one . we are in a melt down situation at this time and no one seems to care . pretty sad huh our stupid govenor janet napolitano is a lesbian idiot who only cares about getting reelected but what she dont understand is she is out the door come the next election. along with her lesbian counter part corrections cheif inmate loving bitch dora schiro miss lets give the hostage takers pizza and beer instead of shooting their dumb asses when we had the chance on the second day of the crises. it has gotten so bad in the system that we are having officers assaulted everyday and a few have been stabbed in the last week . the only thing this lame brain bitch has done so far is to create programs for the inmates and do nothing for the staff which she despises anyways . we are nothing but glorified security guards now as we have no power to enforce anything now the inmates do as they please inmates that assaulted staff on the yard are being let back on the same yard they assaulted an officer on with the officer still on the yard is that stupidity or what so most of us just go in and do our 8 and dont cause any problems as we like going home alive . so sorry joe public you are really not being as protected as you think az is more interrested in messing with the staff then keeping good hard working staff around the wardens are all scared for their jobs and are wimps as it is going now some one is going to get seriously hurt this year i see it coming and dora and the rest of this fucked up adminisstration will be held responsible and hopefully the person has the balls to stand up to az doc and sue the living hell out of them as they should be sued now for the working the working conditions we work in now and im quite sure that my brothers and sisters around the country are in the same situation it is time westarted taking back our prisons where inmates do as they are told live where we tell them to live without any bullshit . well more later
