clean desktop i need help

this is what i want my desktop to look like. isnt that sexy, and instead of having a blue mac start button it should have a blue windows logo. if anyone can find me this ill give you 10 e-cool points 
and 30 e-cool pionts if you teach me how to install it with out having to use a program. pls anyone
i can install style xp to install the theme but i heared it ****s your registry or something, so if anyone can teach me how to install it manually were the default ones are, that would be great. im still in search for this glossy white bar with the blue windows logo. pls. help oh and how do you change just the recycle bin icon. i know this is a stardock site i can also install the program but i have a really slow computer so no program running in the back would great even though it takes little memory. i wish windows have this white taskbar as default. pls anyone
