i believe you dl them and copy the unzipped folder to your wb folder .. then they should appear in the WB configuration window in the my toolbars section....

download the toolbar iconset you want to your hard drive .. unzip them (remember where they were unzipped to) take the unzipped folder.. and copy it to your windowblinds folder..start windowblinds up and open the comfiguration window....in the "My toolbars" section it should show the new tool bar icons .select the set you want to use. then select the "Always use the toolbar icon set selected below" button.. thn press the "apply changes" button...on the far left

Was going to post a much longer response but I edited it.

Jeb A: Posting a question to the forums is a good way to ask for help, but rudeness is not an appropriate way to respond. Getting a response from the forums can sometimes take time. In the future please be patient and refrain from cursing. I also recommend the use of "Please" and "Thank you" when posting. It's just a tip; hopefully it will make your experience here more pleasant.

The "Stuffs" you submitted should be under My Skins tab at the top of the screen. If the skins did get rejected, then you don't recieve an email about it. Sorry...
