Adopt-accept

Adapt-learn to live with it

Adept-master it

No matter what happens… all I have to do is keep that in mind. It’s hard but I try.

Good advice, I'll try to remember it too. It seems once one is struck with a misfortune, the first thing to over come is the tendency to say "BUT IT ISN'T FAIR". Maybe so, but ya gotta deal with it anyway. Have an insightful...
