Danny, it's time to get up. Nothing will change in life if you are laying in bed. You do not belong in bed. You must not allow the abyss to rule your life. You must learn how to face it and embrace it. I rarely wish to get up in the morning, and there are many days when i regret having done so, but the alternative is worse. Even if you are not out there going to school or looking for a job or something, you should at least go out and get some exercise. Walk around the block. Anything. Exercise can help with the production of seratonin in the brain. Lack of seratonin leads to depression. That is what my doctor told me. GET UP!!

danny boyo... get outta dat bed....do something... donate yer time to the elderly.. the homeless.. see some that do not have it as good as you do, it will give ya some perspective my kind gentle new friend.

I agree with Moderateman. Are you up yet? Let us know how you are doing.

Yeah, it's hard to think of doing anything at this state. Just think of doing some little stuff first and then work your way up and outside. For me, I would take my little radio or cd player and go for a long bus ride, if I don't feel like walking. Once I'm up and out, I would sometimes make a little excursion to the zoo or art gallery just to take my mind off my bleak thoughts and then go from there. Feel better soon, Danny.

Go eat some ice cream! haha...that was really generic....Sometimes when I get depressed exercise helps....JUST GET OUT OF BED.

Trust me, I know what it's like man. I've been there to many times. I can't really add anything that hasn't been said or that you already know. Anyway, when I got like that, I use to read. But since I started working for a book distribution center, I can't even look at a book without cringing.

just thought i'd toss an update in here, i'm feeling less miserable tooday. not happy, but less unhappy. oh well, i'm probably thinking too much about it and should just go out and smell the flowers...
