Anyone know why my blue skin is blue and purple

Using Sustenance Blue........

Hey, does anyone know what made this happem? It's most likely something simple and silly, but I don't know what I did..lol

You can see that the start panel and the window frames are purple but the buttons aren't changed and the task bar is blue,?...I'm using the blue Sustenance sub-style...normal?

First thing I'd check would be the "Change skin color" option in WB Config.
