Keeping History Alive

What if we just passed down our genetic information to our kids and not any knowledge? We wouldnt have any history, WWI, WWII, and 9/11 would just be like it never happened. We wouldnt be able to grow in our education or technology. I heard a saying at one time, "Saying history is keeping history alive". We need to remember the facts of what happened and not just forget.

True enough, Jeffers. If you don't teach the children then the mistakes of the past are destined to be repeated again, and again.

To paraphrase an old saying, what we learn from history is that we don't learn anything from history.
