We have 3 new sections here!

First we have Screen Savers. People have long requested screen savers on WinCustomize.com. It's one of the most common things people like to add to their desktops. So here we have them.  But we need your help: If you like screen savers, find out who makes some of your favorites and let them know about WinCustomize.com.  Let them know WinCustomize.com gets over half a million visitors PER DAY and has an Alexa ranking around the top 5,000 worldwide. That should convince them that it's worth their time to upload their screen savers here.

Secondly, we have finally added Misc. Icons.  People have requested this for a long time. Not to be confused with the IconPackager section, this is a section where people can submit and find individual icons they may have or icons for various programs. We'll be adding many sub-sections for this in the coming days.

And lastly, Firefox skins. I'm not yet sure how popular these really are.  This could be a good way for Firefox to get some customization attention so if you have friends who make Firefox skins, please, let them know about the new section.

Yay I'm happy to see Firefox skins here. Hopefully that will get people to create more of them, especially since its at version 1.0 as well. The selection is poor at mozilla, not to mention many of them seem to lack screenshots, which is really poor.
A minor problem is that we won't be able to get updates to the skins from here like you can when they are posted at mozilla. I don't see that as a big deal though.

Please move the Icons from the Object Dock section to the new Misc Icons section. They fit better in there.

I think that yall should add a Trillian 3.0 Skin section that is a really needed section cause they are so hard to find!!!!!! Keep up the good work!

Sounds great . . . maybe a dumb question but what is the diff between the Objectdock Section and the Misc. icons section?
I'd also love to see a Trillian 3 section.

Oh, this is so great! I just bought Axialis Professional Screen Saver Producer Corporate edition but haven't made but one so far, which is a total waste of $$$, ya know...

And as for the Firefox skins...that's great too. Though I do hope they are going to be easier to install from here than they are from other sites. I have loads of Firefox skins that I can't figure out how to get working...some sites you download zips or jar files, while at others when you press download, the site will install it...and if they come in zip or jar, I can't seem to install them...

Anyway, great new additions..misc icons too

Please move the Icons from the Object Dock section to the new Misc Icons section. They fit better in there.

Well, this could simply be because there are NONE yet!

Anywho, I'm very happy with the new screensavers...I'll be bringing a few to the mix that are quite cool soon.

I think Frogboy already addressed why there is no Trillian section yet. I thought he said he wanted cooperation from the Trillian people and he hasn't gotten that.

Nice to Hear. But I have a question: what is the possibility of have some sort of spaming stuff through these savers. I mean to say that they would be mainly executables so one can incode a program that might be installed with them silently, and one would not enven feel them.

Most ObjectDock items are .PNG not .ICO.  And I'm not going to dig through all the itmes to try to find out which is what. But I do know most of the ObjectDock entries are PNGs which make them NOT icons.

Still don't know about the screensaver section. I thought Stardock was going to make a screensaver program so we wouldn't have to worry about spyware, adware, virii, trojon horses and other such computer sexual deseases.

Anyway, good looking out on Firefox and individual icons. I should upload some soon!

I'm going to have to agree with other people here and ask why we need a Screen Saver section? All it would take is one little piece of spyware/adware/viri to show WC that it is a bad idea. Pretty soon WC *might* not be spyware safe at all.

Besides who needs a Screen Saver these days? I fail to see the logic behind waiting for the computer to be idle for X number of minutes just to watch a little program.

IMHO, the Screen Saver really completes the look. I don't think anyone stands around to watch it for entertainment in the same right as BootSkins, etc. Now to my knowledge, EVERY Screen Saver is going to be tested by the mods before put out to make sure the .exe doesn't include that kind of stuff.
