THESE ARE TRULY THE END TIMES

The number of lives lost in the recent tsunami that devastated the coastal areas of South Asia is now over 180,000 and still rising. Its staggering toll far exceeds the lives lost in Iran's killer earthquake that killed more than 56,000 people. It now appears that the year 2004 has become the worst year for killer disasters in centuries.

From the sixties to the nineties disasters were relatively few. Since then they have skyrocketed, thus adding more proof to the fact that we are in the Biblical end times.

Even before this latest disaster, the world in 2004 had already experienced hurricanes in both America and the Caribbean and typhoons in Japan, all inflicting loss of life and huge economic losses. The only logical way to understand all this is to put in in a Biblical perspective.

In His last major prophecy, Jesus said that one of the many signs that would precede His return to earth would be huge earthquakes in various places. Of course there have always been earthquakes so Jesus was referring to massive quakes such as the likes we have never seen. Jesus also told of disease epidemics which always follow great disasters. Some officials have speculated that 100,000 or more people may die from sicknesses arising from the current situation in South Asia.

Unfortunately for humanity, far greater catastrophes are still ahead. For example, immediately before Jesus Christ begins His reign as King of kings over the earth, the most powerful earthquake of all time is prophesied to occur. Eventually, every continent will shake with horribly destructive force. Then proud mankind will shutter at the might of a God they insisted never existed.

Destructive natural disasters are only a few of the signs that point to the imminent end of this sick and dying world. Bible prophecy reveals that God plans to shake this world at its very foundations. Then the Kingdom Of God will be established permanently on this earth.

Well considering the 10.0 Earthquake that hit Asia interupted the earths rotation, I think it qualifies as the most powerful earthquake in mankinds history already. The deathtoll in Asia is of biblical proportions, thats for sure.

more proof to the fact that we are in the Biblical end times.

prolly what people said in 1883 after krakatoa blew up and caused tsunamis that rocked ships at anchor in south africa...or in 1811/1812 when earthquakes along the new madrid missouri fault changed the course of the mississippi river and sent up such huge dust clouds that the skies over east coast cities were darkened (not to mention creating some kinda anomaly responsible for warping at least two children living in that area during the mid-to-late 20th century).

it seems to me more like proof that experience and technology are too often and too foolishly disregarded. its a good thing airbag car collision protection systems are permanently installed in vehicles or theyd be left at home.

Thank god it's the end times. At least when Marvin and people like him go to heaven, the earth'll be a lot quieter for the rest of us. You ever think the anti-christ is just a joke to scare the christians off the planet so we can at last have some peace? Muaahahahahahahaa I've said too much, don't want to let ALL our secrets out...

Ever notcied how Marvin drops his all-caps-titled bombs and skeddadles? He rarely sticks around to defend his position.
Who knows, though? Maybe he's right.
