I Must Have Been a Good Girl

I got everything I wanted for Christmas and then some. I must have been on the "nice" list. I really only wished for everyone to be healthy and have some good visit time. That we did. I hoped for a nice pair of earrings and holy cow did I get that wish fulfilled! Honking big, beautiful diamonds! Surprised as all get out by that one.

All of our gifts were thoughtful and that is truly what it is about. My grandma knit us all socks, my sister got us a beautiful basket full of goodies including pictures and a mug with a picture of our boys on it. We got some beautiful holiday decorations, DVDs and all sorts of stuff we wouldn't have bought for ourselves.

We were surrounded by dear friends to ring in the new year and we all concurred that if 2005 is as good as 2004 was, we will be happy.
