Does anyone know how and or where you can change the icons in control panel (Win XP Home) using OD Dockelets. Perfer using some of the png's, I have. NCTARHEEL

Icon Developer to convert PNG files to ICO https://www.stardock.com/products/icondeveloper/downloads.asp
To change the icons in the control panel you'll need a program to change icons. The one from stardock is Icon Packager and works quite well https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/downloads.asp
