Tell someone Merry Christmas.

An old DLI hobby was to learn to say something in every language. "Who's your daddy?" "I love you." "Can I get a beer?" etc.

In the spirit of the holiday, I am listing various ways to say Merry Christmas. I used to know many more but please help out and feel free to add your own!

English...Merry Christmas!
Chinese...聖誕快樂。
Dutch...Vrolijke Kerstmis.
French...Joyeux Noël.
German....Frohe Weihnachten.
Greek...Καλά Χριστούγεννα.
Italian...Natale allegro.
Japanese...メリークリスマス。
Korean...즐거운 성탄.
Russian...Веселое Рождество.
Portuguese...Christmas Alegre.
Spanish...Feliz Navidad.

Nollaig Shona Duit is Irish for Merry Christmas -- though they are more likely to say "Happy Christmas."

Santo Natale - possibly Spanish also. I remembered a song with the same name - "Santo Natale, Santo Natale, this is my way of saying Merry Christmas to you.."

Unfortunately, I still haven't mastered typing in Arabic font. Here's a rough transliteration, thought:

Eid Meelad Siyeed

Translation: Happy Feast of The Birth

And since I'm a bit late with it, Senna Jadeeda Siyeeda, Happy New Year!

Gosh Dana, if I were you I'd have such a superhuge ego for all of the readers and fans you have. Merry Christmas, even though It's January 18th. Merry Christmas in advance then. And in all the languages you know. Gosh you even knew Russian & Chinese. Those are supposed to be my specialty. Thanks for teaching me something new
