i moved to california from washington state and i got a dui in washington... do you do out of state fileing of a sr22?

i lost my drivers liscense 4 years ago in Virginia and now I can get them , I moved to Florida 2 years ago. will I still have to have an sr 22 ? I need to how much iy will cost me?
