So, just in case anybody here would miss me (though it hardly seems likely), I'll be leaving on Sunday morning for about a week. Probably won't be doing any internetting during that time, because I'll be in VEGAS, Baby! Gettin' married and havin' a good ol' time! Ping-pong all day, Party all night!
Okay, actually I'm lying about that party bit. It's quite a bit of effort playing ping-pong all day, and usually we sack out pretty quickly. But it's still a lot of fun, and we usually try to take in a show sometime during the week. I highly recommend the Blue Man Group show to anybody who ever finds themselves in Vegas. Surprising and hilarious. Especially the Marshmallow bit and the Cap'n Crunch(tm) bit. Although, apparently some of my inlaws-to-be have a thing for Celine Dion and I might be stuck going to see her... Urgh. At least they offered to buy the tickets; you wouldn't catch me spending my own money on that.
So, on the extremely tiny chance that anybody happens to be in Vegas next week, I'll be at Caesar's Palace on Monday at 1:30 in the small chapel, getting married, or I'll be in the Convention Center in hall S2 (I think) playing ping-pong most of the day Wednesday through Sunday. I'll be a lot harder to find in there, though, since there'll be about 800 other people playing too.
