Links not working

May 10, 2003 12:41 PM from

Installed the game and working fine.

But when I click on the other items on the opening menu.
galciv.com
metaverse
galactic encyclopedia
survival guide

They do not launch.

I loaded the game on Win Xp and on Win 98 and same results. This happens if I use the CD or the shortcut on the desktop????? Of course the install, uninstall and exit works fine.

Any thoughts

Those links were only tested with the default browser being Internet Explorer. They lead to the same links as the buttons on the main page of galciv.com here.

Thanks,

I figured as much. Well at least something like that. I knew it was not my system.

I sent the same inquiry to tech support and got the usual junk (get latest patch, send Dx info). I really get tired of tech support personnel who do not read the E mail and do not know the product that they are supporting. This should be a fact that is on the main support page.
