Can someone please create a San Francisco 49ers bootskin? It would be greatly appreciated by a long time fan.. Thanks a Million

the fair use act and other such acts in united states law allow such things such as creating a bootskin of a image that may have copyrights to it. you just cant charge for it.

and there are other methods such as drawing the 49er stuff yourself as then the artwork would be legally yours to do what you wished with it.
