Ugh, Applied new skin and now certain windows close instantly

Thanks in advance for reading this. I just installed several new skins and what-not. More specifically, I installed Moon Shadow II. I later restarted my computer and wrestled with a new logon skin which didn't display any logon info...took me awhile to get that going. Finally started Windows and found that as soon as I opened certain things, they would be closed immediately. For example, I can't open User Accounts, Display, Defrag, nothing. Basically, anything that requires a new window. The cursor will maintain the busy animation for a second and then the window gets shut down.

P.S. I just realized that I had to screw with the login excesively and I don't think I logged in as admin, for some reason, so that may explain why I can't get into those things.

First thing I would do is, open LogonStudio, and set the logon back to default. Log out so you can be sure your logging in as admin. Then if you're still having problems, tell us what programs you're running. (btw... anytime you have trouble with a logon, just hit crtl+alt+del, twice)

I...I can't believe this...I couldn't get into User Accounts, defrag, redegit, etc...because I was using a different cursor! WHAT...THE...HECK! Out of pure depseration, I returned my cursor graphic to default and all the sudden everything works again. -_-'

I was using the Starcraft cursor, btw. That's just weird that it would do that...
