A problem with WindowBlinds

I use WindowBlinds uneder Windows XP service pack 2. When I unload WindowBlinds the start bar comes back to Windows classic stile (like Windows 2000) instead the original XP stile. Nobody help me? Thanks

In Display Properties > Appearence > Windows and Buttons, select WindowsXP style
