why there always SysStatsCOM.DLL wrong when i reboot the objectdock plus.?who can fix that?

evevy time when i reboot the system or reboot the OD, there appear a dialoge says "can't find SysStatsCOM.DLL, pls reinstall the program to fix that".
then all the SysStats docklets i configged became blank in the dock. so frastrated , who can tell me how to get this problem fixed.

and even when i reinstalled the OD plus, the problem still remains

SysStatsCOM.DLL belongs to the SysStats docklets - not OD. Reinstalling OD will not fix it. It also explains why only the SysStats docklets stopped working.

Re-install SysStats, not OD.

how can i reinstalled sysstats,i have not installed it seperately. i think it's just a subfolder in OD, when i install OD plus, it's formed there.
so how can i reinstalled sysstats?

In that case, maybe install an updated version of SysStats https://www.wincustomize.com/download.asp?SkinID=4271&LibID=29
