Good grief, I just did a simple search of 'xbox' in the libraries section and there are TONS AND TONS of xbox skins. Check it out.

hmmm, well there aren't any prebuilt xbox themes, but if you grab the official xbox windowblind: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?Library=1&skinid=3121

and grab these xbox cursors: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?Library=25&skinid=295

you'd be off to a good start.

Then you could get the official xbox wmp skin (if you use wmp): https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?Library=9&skinid=71

and there are boot skins, wallpapers, logon skins too.
