Getting Help with Cursor Trails...

I apologize if this is not a new topic, but I am brand new to this site and really need help here~ I looked through FAQs, but didn't find this question I hope I didn't overlook it... I d/l a couple of trails here, and I have no idea how to get them to work...Are they already attached to specific cursors, or can they be attached to any? How do I get them to work? They appear to be saved as jpegs, but what to do from there? Thanks much for any help!

Put them in C:\Program Files\Stardock\CursorXP\Trail

thanks for the reply here, how do I get them to animate? they are just saved as pictures, but they don't do anything...
ObjectDock - Access shortcuts and frequently used applications from an animated dock.

Try opening CursorXp Config...choose trails...uncheck the disable box...choose your trail and click apply.

I did it!! thank-you very much!
I had to purchase CursorXP first, re-install it from SD central, then it all came together....thanks much to all who helped me here I appreciate the replies!
