Hi, ive downladed some themes but i dont know how to install them to get them working, can you plz tell me how ,many thx

In each library where you download themes or skins, there is a link at the top that takes you to the page where you can download the software you need to run each of them.

yes i have all the software but dont know where to put the themes when i have downladed them.thx 4 your help

Put the theme in the 'themes' folder and then just select it.
