Graphics help, for Booster Club ??!!

Hello...

I need some help with a picture we are using for a JROTC Booster Club. We need to make it better( higher resalution ) so we can use it for a Banner and T-Shirts and I am at a loss on it. Would any of you awesome people be willing to help out with this?? Its a pretty cool looking logo, if I do say so... but any help would be GREATLY welcomed!!!!!!!
