Can the Login skins work on 98?

Can the lonin skins work on 98? Please help....

IF they can't, does any one know where I could go to get some that will work for windows 98?

Logon Screens are only for windows XP. You wont get them anywhere in the world for win98

Windows 98 doesn't have a logon screen to skin.
