dual monitors w/ different resolutions (WindowBlinds-related)

Hey, guys,

I use a laptop that has a 15.1" LCD display as the primary and has a 17" LCD display hooked up as the secondary. A 1280*1024 resolution on that hooked-up 17" LCD runs okay, but a resolution larger than 1204*768 on the primary 15.1" LCD gives me a headache: the LCD only shows 1024*768 pixels of whatever larger resolution you have. I tried to cope with it, but it's simply unbearable, especially when I am in a hurry.

Now, I applied a few WindowBlinds skins a few days ago, but WindowBlinds seems to recognize a uniform 1280*1204 resolution on both displays. So, what I have is that, if I maximize a window in my secondary 17" LCD, the right part of the window will just be not visible (i.e. I can't see the min/max/close window buttons located at the top right-hand corner). I am running Windows XP SP1 (yes, 1) and WindowBlinds 4.4 shareware. Is there a way to solve this problem?

I run dual monitors wih different resolutions, and I've never seen that problem. But my primary is the larger of the two. 19" -1600x1200 on the first monitor, and 17" -1280x1024 on the second. I have no answer, just wanted to let you know it's not simply a dual monitor problem.

Are you sure the geometry settings on your second monitor are adjusted right? You might have your monitor thinking that its viewable area is off the screen.
