Small problem with WindowBlinds 4.4 Free

I really enjoy using several of the Wincustomize Applications. The most used is WindowBlinds Free. I recently updated my installation with WindowBlinds 4.4. Now, when I download a skin, instead of prompting me to install, it opens up WinZip to allow me to extract the files or other. What do I have set incorrectly. Would appreciate some help. ANYONE WHO WILL!!

Did you happen to update to SP2 while you were at it?

Rename skin.zip to skin.wba and click on the file....it should install
