how do Use all this stuff

ok I just got started here and it all looks great but how do i use it iv installed the desktop x and iv begun trying to download some boot up skins and some suites so what does it all do and how do access it to use it please help me im lost

There are many different types of themes here. Each type of theme needs the corresponding software. Most of which is free. At the top of all the libraries are links to the software.

bootskins need the bootskin program
windowblinds needs the windowblinds program
desktop x needs the desktop x program
and etc.
