Scrolles on the side

I made a skin for the side scrolles and applyed it. It shows up on the WindowsBlind window preview thing but it dosnt show up on my comp. Plz help, thanks

Also when ever I make a skin for the top bar it never shows up. Like the top bar on top of Internet explore, for XP its usally blue.

Also dose anyone know how to change the button when you hit the start bar then move the mouse over programes, it shows a transparent blue square over the programes. Dose anyone know how to eddit it, I cant seem to find the button that allows you to change it.

Scrollers aren't available in shareware version of windowblinds.
