hey man, just one thing, i'm pretty new to this, i'm such a n00b, but can i set the weather thing in the themes to uk instead of like US?

Go to weather.com and search for your city. Up in the adress bar you'll see a code something like CA0456 or something like that. Copy that and paste it into the box when the object asks for a zip code.
