Need Help! Im a newbie!

Hey ppl, the thing is, im tryin to make a Logon. So, i open up the LS and click NEW, then wen the defualt comes up it has those lines that act as borders! How do i get rid of them??

You have to click very precisly on them, or else select them using the parts list on the right of the screen. Then you can tell it not to use an image for that part, and it will remove them.

Kwl, thanx, next question, i made my Logon, i applyd it but wen i shut down and then turnd my PC on, it started askin me for a password and stuff, wats up wid that??
