Unable to install blinds

Strange happening, I click on a "blinds" download, and instead of auto downloading and installing, a zip file appears and I have to extract it, but there is no install file or exe file at all...I have been doing this for over 4 years and never have run into this. Anybody have any ideas?

Did you recently install SP2 for XP? In any case, just rename the zip to wba, and double-click.

it worked. I had to save target as...then changed name and as soon as it saved it auto installed and everything worked fine.
