okay, still not letting me logon...

i had an old wincustomize account
last night i purchased object desktop and had no problem downloading everything.

however,
today i tried to logon to wincustomize and no go...
i tried everything it requested of me...
i am an experienced use and i know how to clear cookies, temp internet files, histories, visitied pages, etc. I used the kill cookies asp link on the site.

i had to open a new account to even reach the boards to post my problem. now if a moderator or support tech could help me out it would be appreciated.

like i said i have two accounts...both have the same email address and different passwords. see [email protected] for my user account on stardock.net and wincustomize.com.

please help. i would hate to have to force a chargeback on my credit card due to this problem.
