SysMetrix Questions

There's some good help to find in Sysmetrix. Just right-click the theme you're using and select Sysmetrix Documentation.

I'd like to borrow this thread/topic to ask a question on Sysmetrix, please...

I just installed the latest version, and have downloaded a couple of skins from the library...I put the unzipped folders into the Themes sub-folder, but they're not showing up when I look in the configuration menu. Should the .smx files be double clicked to install the new themes/skins?

ama02, if you'll look at the import button in the systmetrix configuration, you will see that it supports the smx file. You should probably use that button and import it.

Can't post a new thread for some reason, so I'm going to post my question here.

Kind of like the windows taskbar. I'd like to configure sysmetrix to do this. In Desktop X the themes allow you to do this, but I haven't figured out a way to do it for Sysmetrix and I'd really like to know if there is a way at all.

Hmm... guess I forgot add what I really want to do:

I want sysmetrix to be be on top of windows but not let any windows go underneath it as well (kind of like the windows taskbar as I said before).

Elur...there are config settings in Sysmetrix to do that...

Could I get specifics on where and what the settings are? Have been playing around with it for hours...

try in positioning section .. "reserve screen space when meter resembles a dock..that should do it ..
