In the corner of the image, it says "PN03". I did a google search and came up with this:

There were quite a few versions of that image in the results.

Wow! that was wild do a google for PN03 and some really mixed bag of images come up, and should maybe have a NSFW tag attached.

Dang BoXXi, that query has me going all over the place. Definately a wrong turn and yet somehow not an unpleasant thing. It's amazing where and how Google does what it does. It's also amazing how much content is on the Web. Just kind of grabs ya sometime.
