logon xp?? need help..

i did somethin to my xp settings n im not sure wut it is but now my logon screen looks like this http://members.rogers.com/fcukboi/login.JPG can anyone help me? i want it to go back to the default xp style.. not the old 2000/ME thnx..

Control Panel > User Accounts > Change the way users log on or off > Use Welcome screen.
