is it possible to get this theme???

ok i've been wanting this for ages, if you have windows xp, open command prompt now you the boarder around that. that is the skin i want. but something wired happened once i was reverting back to me normal windows skin from windows blinds and it ended up with this skin, if anyone understands me, do you know how t get this skin or did anyone ever create it??

I think what your looking for is not a skin. Rather, if you right click your desktop and click apperance then use the drop down menu to "Windows Classic Style" and click "Apply" you'll get that look.

With the later versions of WB, the command prompt window is skinned by the WB skin you are currently using.
