Cant get rid of message to buy icon packager

I bought icon packager and when i try to use it the message asking me if i want to buy it comes up and the only way i can get it off my desktop is to restart my computer. How do i get it off? cuz im about to get rid of it now.

before you can install iconpackager, u must uninstall all previous shareware versions that you had on your computer. uninstall and then try to install again
