How to get Objectdock to open a folder?

Hi guys,

I am just wondering how to create an icon in Objectdock that just opens a folder on my computer. All I can get to work are .exe's.

To clarify excactly what I am asking, I want to make a shorcut icon in my object bar that opens my downloads folder. It seems so easy, yet I think the program might just not be able to handle such an easy task.
